Early-bird purchase terms

EARLY-BIRD ENROLLMENT
This is advance enrollment in the Online Master Class with an exclusive physical training kit. The complete advertised course is planned for release by December 14, 2026. Lessons are in development and are not all available at purchase. The kit may ship before the course opens.

KIT DELIVERY
Kits ship within 15 business days after payment (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Carrier transit time is additional. U.S. shipping is charged separately at checkout based on destination. Outside the United States? Contact [email protected] with your country and postal code for shipping availability and a quote before ordering.

CANCELLATIONS
You may request a full cancellation before the carrier accepts your kit AND before you first access protected paid training, whichever happens first. Creating a shipping label does not count as shipment. Logging into your account, viewing previews, or receiving an email does not count as accessing protected training. Send your request with your order number to [email protected]; eligibility is based on when your request is received, not when we process it. After either cutoff, ordinary change-of-mind cancellations are not offered. Contact us before returning any kit; an unsolicited return does not itself establish refund eligibility.

SOFTWARE BUNDLES
Activating the included Laser DaSH-IT license does not by itself end the early-bird cancellation window. If the software portion is refunded, the license issued with that order will be revoked. Separately purchased licenses are unaffected. Software licensing and update entitlements remain separate from Academy access.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS AND DELAYS
These limits concern change-of-mind cancellations only. They do not remove applicable consumer rights or remedies for missing, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed purchases. If we cannot meet the advertised course release or kit shipment commitment, we will notify you and offer the applicable cancellation/refund option for the undelivered portion rather than require you to accept an indefinite delay. Kit shipment alone does not establish delivery of the course.

COURSE ACCESS
Pay once for ongoing access to your purchased course while Infinite Laser Academy operates. No annual course renewal. If the Academy permanently closes, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to download your purchased course lessons and worksheets for personal use before access ends. Future separately sold courses and unlimited individual support are not included. Software licensing and update terms are separate.

PERSONAL USE AND RECORDS
Your enrollment is for one student. Do not share your account or redistribute purchased lessons, recordings, or worksheets. We retain order agreements, shipment records, and authenticated training-access records to fulfill purchases, provide support, and resolve disputes. This policy does not require you to waive legitimate payment-dispute rights.
