Infinite Laser / Academy · Private order preparation

Your machine. Your measurements.

Help us prepare your exclusive student kit. Select your exact machine, then follow the illustrated examples for any measurements we need. No specialized training knowledge is required.

This page is a preview until an Academy product is in your cart. You can view the instructions, but no equipment details or photos will be submitted.
STEP 1 OF 3

Which machine are we preparing for?

AP LAZER · QUICK SETUP

Select your exact AP Lazer

We have reference information for standard AP Lazer machines. No measurement photos are needed for an unmodified, matching model.

DLR is a model configuration, not proof that you have the fiber upgrade. If you have the CO₂/fiber or autofocus head, we will privately check the outside tube diameter and photos before approving your machine. A 2-inch focusing lens describes focal length, not the tube diameter.

STEP 2 OF 3

Tell us the exact machine

CO₂ MEASUREMENT GUIDE

Measure the outside of the smooth middle tube

For a vertical lens tube, place calipers across the smooth, straight section in the middle. Record the outside diameter (OD) in millimeters. If the tube is horizontal, measure the same smooth, uniform section across its outside.

DO NOT measure threads, collars, retaining rings, flanges, nozzle tips, or the opening. Keep the calipers square to the tube and snug without crushing it. If you can't safely reach the smooth section, don't guess.
Illustrated CO2 measurement guide: position digital caliper jaws across the smooth middle of the outer lens tube, avoiding threads, retaining collars, shoulders and nozzle openings
Use these examples as a location guide, not as a measurement value. Enter the number shown on your own calipers. Tap the image to enlarge.

DIODE MEASUREMENT GUIDE

Measure the main module body

For a rectangular or square module, measure the outside width and height of the main housing. For a round module, measure the outside diameter (OD). Record measurements in millimeters (mm).

Do not include removable shields, nozzles or tips, cables, or unrelated brackets in the housing dimensions. Hold calipers straight and snug. Upload a clear photo of your measurement; if unsure, do not guess.
Diode laser module measurement guide: measure only the exterior of the main module housing, width and height if rectangular or outside diameter if round. Avoid removable covers, nozzles, wires, and mounting brackets.
The example readings are illustrative; enter the measurements from your own machine. Tap the image to enlarge.

STEP 3 OF 3

Upload clear photos

Photograph your actual machine—not screenshots from a product listing. Upload a front view and a photo showing the measurement reading. If you cannot safely measure the tube, upload front and side views instead; do not guess. Use JPG, PNG, or WebP (7 MB max per photo). Avoid including people, addresses, or personal documents.

FIBER COURSES · COMING IN THE FUTURE

Dedicated fiber training is planned.

We are preparing future fiber-laser courses. This current Academy kit checkout isn't configured for fiber-only equipment, so we won't ask you to purchase an unverified kit.

One final detail

🔒 Measurements and photos are used for private order preparation by authorized Academy staff. Not all equipment requires the same kit configuration. Some machines require additional review or custom preparation; we will contact you if more information is needed. We will not promise fit without verifying your machine.

No charges are made on this page. Regular Academy checkout protections and your separate purchase terms still apply.
